1. Is your pick up and delivery service free of charge?

Absolutely!! We're all here at your service.

2. Can you come by to pick up my laundry regularly without making phone calls?

Yes, we can. call us to set the dates. We will stop by each week. You no longer have to worry about doing your laundry or dry clean.

3. Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we do but it must be $25 minimum. We also accept PayPal, cash and check ($30 charged if returned).

4. What detergent do you use?

Your local dry cleaner uses hypoallergenic detergent unless you specially request to use other detergent. Please note there may be a small fee associate with your special request.

5. When do I get my laundry back?

Usually in 24 hrs on weekdays unless it is a holiday, then it may be delay a day. If you are ordering on Sat after 1:00pm . Your order will be ready on Monday at 1:00pm.

6. How much does my laundry weigh?

 An estimate of a a full hamper is about 15-30 lbs. That is about 2-3 weeks of laundry. I will call you about the exact weigh of your laundry after the driver pick them up and it is also recorded on your receipt.

7. What do I need to use to put my laundry in?

You can put your laundry in any plastic bags. We will return your clean laundry in new bags.

8. How can I buy a gift card?

             You can purchase a gift card using the Request Form. Our staff will send you a
            link via payment instruction. We can even customize an e-card for you and   send it to your desire  recipient.

9. What if I missed the scheduled pick up?

If you missed your scheduled pick up, simply call us to schedule another one.
